Svein and Gry Eriksen welcome you to Alfarheim
farm. Alfarheim is a large farm, ideally located for horse related activities in scenic surroundings. Our riding trails cross miles and miles of beautiful natural scenery and takes you deep into virgin forrests, to magnificent viewpoints, open fields, and secret marshlands gleaming with delicious cloundberries...This is real untouched wilderness. Encounters with elk and other wildlife are frequent during our riding tours. We have a local riding track, offer horse boarding in our stables and many fenced areas to let during the summer season. On our farm you will always find Norwegian coldblood horses, Fjord horses (the Norwegian national horse) and Shetland ponies for the children. However, we love all sorts of horses. We consider the characteristics of our horses more important than breed. So a variety of breeds will be represented. |
